Room Philosophy
The Possum Room
promotes a structured-programmed routine, which meets children’s individual
needs and is adhered to on a daily basis.
The staff provide a caring, fun, safe environment where all children
can actively participate in various activities and socially interact
with their peers in an appropriate manner.
All children are
physically motivated through our outdoor play facilities, dance/movement
sessions and creative arts, where interaction takes place with older
children which provides a great link for when transition takes place.
We encourage all children to become independent and to participate in
all structured sessions. Daily group times are stimulating, where Letterland
and pre-school numbers are taught in a fun creative atmosphere and progress
recorded.
