and unique. Therefore, in working with children we show our concern
for each child’s well being by planning, playing, listening, comforting,
and by providing physical and emotional closeness.
We believe it is
important to have warm emotional relationships with children and their
families so the child knows there is a link between home and this service.
We respect all children from all cultures/religions. We make sure all
children’s individual needs are met. We give children emotional security
and we make sure we understand their stage of growth and development.
